Placid is the next Ausan residence — shown here in early renderings, soon to take shape.
Set among the mature oaks of Highland Village in Northwest Austin, Placid is conceived as a serene, contemporary home — a composition of dark brick, warm timber and glass that opens fully to its garden and pool.

Placid will rise in Highland Village — a quiet, tree-lined pocket of Northwest Austin near Bull Creek, with easy reach to MoPac, the Domain and the city beyond.
